Bike/Motopress cooperate with Triumph Motorcycles Scandinavia and Triumph Motorcycles Ldt in the campaing «Seeking explorer» Scandinavia. Bike/Motopress conveys the chance to win and is not responsible for the prize (the trip to Morocco) nor the prize draw terms and condition.
Triumph Motorcycled Ltd in conjunction with Edelweiss Bike Travel is responsible for the prize «Seeking Explorer».
1. The «Seeking Explorers» prize draw is open to residents of Scandinivia, aged 21 years or over, holding an acceptable full bike licence, except employees or families of Triumph Motorcycles Ltd, Edelweiss Bike Travel and Bike/MotoPress.
Persons entering the prize draw should be prepared for and able to undertake a 1700 mile (2700 kms) motorcycle road trip.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via www.triumphadventure.com or the website of Bike. The entry is restricted to one per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. The closing date for entries is midnight on the 6th Februari 2012.
5. One entrant will win the right to ride a Triumph Tiger Explorer motorcycle during a bespoke Triumph Adventure Tour («Tour») through Spain and Morocco provided by Edelweiss Bike Travel from 9th March 2012 to 20th March 2012. There are no passengers allowed on the Tour.
The prize is all inclusive of flights, airport transfers in Spain, meals on the tour, drinks with evening meals on the tour, fuel for the tour, ferry costs, riding equipment (excluding helmets) and motor insurance for the Tiger Explorer loaned for the Tour.
Subject to availability Triumph will provide the prize winner with a suitable riding jacket, riding trousers, boots and gloves, pan, excluding helmets. The prize winner is are not permitted to wear their own riding equipment other than a personal safety motorcycle helmet, unless previously agreed with Triumph.
Triumph reserves the right to apply temporary adhesive logo’s to helmets for the duration of the Tour
6. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. The prize is open to all persons entering the «Seeking Explorers» competition.
8. The prize is not transferable.
9. In the event the winner cannot travel on the dates specified in these terms and conditions the prize
will be forfeit.
10. The departure airport and airline will be at the sole discretion of Triumph. The winner is responsible
for adhering to the terms and conditions of the flight ticket.
11. The prize does not include travel insurance, travel between the winner’s home and the departure
airport, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where stated in these terms and conditions.
12. The prize winner is responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and they obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations required or recommended for the trip.
13. The prize winner is responsible for providing their own travel insurance, which must cover Spain and Morocco.
14. The winner will be selected by jury from all qualifying entries. The prize draw will be made on 7th Februari 2012 and the winner will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner within 7 days or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
15. The prize winner will be required to present their original full motorcycle licence and travel insurance documentation («Documents») to Edelweiss and Triumph staff prior to the loan of the Triumph motorcycle. The supply of documents is a prerequisite of the loan of the Triumph motorcycle.
16. The prize winner must agree to all terms and conditions required by Edelweiss Bike Travel, these are available upon request. The prize winner must sign all forms including waivers required by Edelweiss Bike Travel, provided below.
17. No modifications may be made to the Triumph motorcycle loaned.
18. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an SAE to Seeking Explorers Prize Draw Winner, Triumph UK, Jacknell Road, Hinckley, LE10 3BS between 31st January 2012 and 28th February 2012.
19. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity.
20. The Triumph name, logo and trademarks are copyright protected property of Triumph. Triumph obtains the right to take photographs of the winner. All photographs and depictions of the winner and the Tour are exclusive property of Triumph for commercial use in Triumph’s sole discretion with no compensation to the

depictions of the Tour may be reproduced, copied, displayed, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted by prize winners without written permission from Triumph in any way for any commercial purpose. Any use of Tour materials for any purpose without the written permission from Triumph is a
violation of Triumph’s copyright and/or other proprietary rights. The trademarks, logos and service marks («Marks») of Triumph are the property of Triumph, its affiliates or other third parties. Nothing during the Tour should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Mark
displayed on the Tour without the written permission of Triumph. The prize winner’s misuse of the Marks displayed on the Tour, or any other content on the Tour, is strictly prohibited. The prize winner is advised that Triumph will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the
seeking of criminal prosecution.
21. The prize draw and Tour are governed by the laws of England.
22. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort or otherwise, whether preexisting, present or future, and including, but not limited to, statutory, common law, intentional tort and equitable claims) arising from or relating to the Prize, the Tour, the interpretation or application of these Terms and
Conditions or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from these Terms and Conditions or any of Triumph’s advertising or marketing (collectively, a «Claim») WILL BE RESOLVED, UPON THE ELECTION OF ANY OF TRIUMPH, A PRIZE WINNER’S OR THE THIRD PARTIES INVOLVED, EXCLUSIVELY AND

Rider Waiver Terms
1. The participant understands that there are risks and hazards inherent in the operation of any motorcycle. The undersigned assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with his/her participation in the Tour.
The participant agrees to bear the sole responsibility for any civil and criminal actions that may arise from any personal injuries or property damage caused by himself/herself or his/her operation of the Tiger motorcycle.
2. The participant waives all rights to assert any claim against Edelweiss, related companies, business partners, insurance companies, related companies and all their employees for any and all damages, including damages based upon negligence, gross negligence, any alleged product defect or any other claim,
allegedly arising out of the use of the Tiger motorcycle.The participant forever waives all rights to sue Edelweiss, related companies, business partners, insurance companies, related companies and all their employees for any and all damages, including damages based upon negligence, gross negligence, any alleged product defect
or any other claim, allegedly arising out of the use of the Tiger motorcycle. The participant understands and agrees that this waiver is binding on all his/her family members, heirs and assigns.
3. The participant will forever hold Edelweiss, related companies, business partners, insurance companies, related companies and all their employees harmless for any and all claims, demands and lawsuits, including claims of negligence, gross negligence, any alleged product defect or any other claim, made by anyone against
Edelweiss, related companies, business partners, insurance companies, related companies and all their employees for any and all damages arising out of the use of the Tiger motorcycle.
4. The participant hereby declares that he/she has a valid unrevoked drivers license that allows him/her to operate motorcycles. The participant also states that he/she has the necessary riding skills to safely ride the Tiger motorcycle.
5. The participant agrees to refrain from riding the Tiger motorcycle after consuming alcohol or drugs. The participant acknowledges that it is illegal to operate the subject motorcycle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The participant agrees to accept sole responsibility for any and all fines and damages
arising from the operation of the Tiger motorcycle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
6. Off road riding outside the tour route is not allowed. The participant agrees that any damage caused by unauthorized off-road riding will have to be paid in full by the participant without any deductible.
7. The participant acknowledges that the motorcycle being provided by Edelweiss has been operated in the past. The participant will be responsible for inspection of the motorcycle before each and every ride. The participant acknowledges that he/she has examined the loaned Tiger motorcycle and states that it is in safe operating
condition. If the participant has any concerns about the ability for the motorcycle to be operated safety, the participant will refrain from the use of the motorcycle and will inform Edelweiss about any reasons for concerns about the safety of the motorcycle.
8. The participant agrees to comply with all traffic laws while operating the Tiger motorcycle. The participant agrees to wear a helmet. The participant also acknowledges that Edelweiss recommended that all tour participants wear gloves, boots, eye protection, long sleeves and long pants while operating the Tiger motorcycle.
9. The participant agrees that Edelweiss and/or Triumph shall have the right to use his/her name, likeness and endorsement or any reproduction thereof, in any form, style or color, together with any writing or other advertising material in connection therewith including, but not limited to television commercials,
documentary films, magazine and newspaper ads, point of purchase materials, and other materials referring to participant’s preference for Edelweiss Tours and/or Triumph motorcycles.
10. The participant agrees that Edelweiss and/or Triumph have the right to contact him/her by telephone or e-mail or mail. The participant acknowledges that he/she understands English. The participant acknowledges that he/she read and understood this waiver. The participant agrees to the terms of this waiver.
